LOST & FOUND

If you put your name and number on the disc, we will text you when it is found. Olympus is now utilizing Disc Rescue Network (DRN) to notifiy owners of discs. You will need to VERIFY YOUR PHONE NUMBER, then CLAIM your disc. If there is no identification mark on the disc, it will go straight into the used bin. Look for your disc at here.

If you claim your disc, WAIT until you get another TEXT message from DRN that there is a SCHEDULED PICKUP. You do not have to be there at the scheduled pickup date/time. All this means is that your disc will be there at the Pro Shop ready for you. However, you will then have 45 days from that SCHEDULED PICKUP to come get your disc at the Pro Shop. If you have not picked up your after 45 days, the disc will be considered SURRENDERED. At that time, we will put your discs in the used bin to be sold. 

If you are unable to pick up your disc, you can also have it shipped to you for a small cost. Having your disc shipped is a different process. You will need to pay for the shipping on our website and make sure you give us the DRN number of your disc AND your phone number during check out.

If you don't have a number but your name is on the disc, you can go look for your disc online and still claim it. You can search by your name or disc brand or disc mold. 

Message us on the Olympus website via via the chat feature if you need assistance. 

All of the found discs are not at the course, they are kept offsite. So don't come looking for it if you haven't claimed the disc properly.
